For the younger members and beginners, Clubgolf operates at Haddington from Easter onwards with weekly coaching and /or Easter and summer camps in the school holidays.
This is booked through Kate Green East Lothian Golf Development Officer kgreen@eastlothian.gov.uk. There are monthly fun events organised by Veronica Nicholson, assisted by volunteer adult members, for the younger/beginner golfers. In addition there are fun matches with some other East Lothian clubs.
All youngsters are encouraged to gain a national handicap –from 2018 a handicap of up to 54 can be awarded. The club has a full junior competition schedule with at least 2 medals a month.
The club participate in the East Lothian Junior Golf League with 9 matches throughout the season together with the East Lothian Championship, Team Event and County Cup.
